Our job traveler and tracking software created specifically for our company gives us the ability to properly communicate job instructions to all necessary personel involved in processing steps. Four-D Metal Finishing Inc. uses cutting edge technology for controlling our process baths. To assure our baths are operating properly, we do regular analysis for pH and concentration. These results are recorded and tracked in our statistical process control software. This gives us the ability to keep our baths at desired shop targets and within the ranges provided by our chemical suppliers.
